Amit Zilberstein

CEO and Founder

Started his professional career in the construction branch 25 years ago. As of today Amit is the CEO and Owner of Top Engineering, which was established in 2005. Top Engineering is a pioneer that leads the way in the real estate market in Israel, while managing many projects such as building offices, laboratories, commercial centers, industrial centers and more, for local and international companies, that are some of the largest in the market. Amit Zilberstein founded A.M Engineering alongside Amir Prizer, and has vast experience in managing big and meaningful projects.

CEO and Founder

Civil Engineer who began his path in the construction branch 35 years ago, while working as a partner and manager in a contracting company with the contracting classification G'5. Amir has 11 years of experience as project manager at one of the leading companies in the branch, where he filled the position of co-vice president. With over 35 years of experience in carrying out and managing complex projects, Amir Prizer founded A.M Engineering alongside Amit Zilberstein, in order to make dreams come true, based on the vast knowledge the two have accumulated over the years.

Yaniv Cohen

Head of Operations

Civil Engineer with over 10 years of experience running complex projects. Began his career as a project manager at some of the top companies in the field. Over the years Yaniv has accumulated vast experience carrying out mega-projects in different domains such as luxury living, business, commerce, laboratories and public buildings.

משנת 2011 מועסקת בחברות המובילות במשק, מנהלת ומרכזת תהליכי תכנון מורכבים הכרוכים בלוחות זמנים צפופים, מתווי מכרזים ותהליכי רישוי סבוכים בפרויקטים מסוגים שונים, בין היתר, מבני חוות שרתים (Data Center), מגדלי משרדים ומגורים, פרויקטי מסחר, תב"עות, בתי מלון, שכונות מגורים ופרויקטים הכוללים עירוב שימושים

איתי פז חן

ראש תחום גמרים

איתי, מהנדס אזרחי מוסמך, בוגר תואר ראשון ותואר שני מהטכניון בהתמחות בניהול פרויקטים.
בעל ניסיון של כ 20 שנה בענף הבנייה בביצוע מגוון תפקידים החל מניהול וביצוע פרויקטים מורכבים, ניהול מחלקות רכש, מכרזים ולוגיסטיקה ועוד...

בעברו שימש כמרצה באוניברסיטת בן גוריון במחלקת ההנדסה האזרחית

בתפקידו האחרון שימש כמנכ"ל של חברת ביצוע בתחום הגמרים והמערכות בתוך אחת מקבוצות הבנייה הגדולות בארץ.

הפרויקטים אשר ניהל וביצע מגוונים ומורכבים כדוגמת: עבודות הגמר והמערכות בקו האדום לרכבת הקלה, בתי חולים, מעונות סטודנטים, מרכזי מבקרים ומרכזים  לוגיסטיים.
