An existing office building with 6 parking floors and 6 office floors.
The existing building will have an additional 13 floors of offices (approximately 100 square meters per floor) combined with concrete and steel.
The building will also be performed under the LEED GOLD standard and will include gray water systems, air monitoring systems and integrated solar panels on the screen walls.
