Bat Yam Colony

A new hotel is set to be built on the city's south waterfront. Next to the project, 4 additional hotels are currently being built that will form the main tourist center in the city.
The hotel has 245 rooms and a further 155 suites available for sale at Lease Back. All according to the criteria for classification and tourist accommodation of the Ministry of Tourism. The hotel will have public areas and operational service areas for the full function of the hotel.
The significant engineering challenge in the project is the construction of the tower above an existing car park and adjacent to a populated building.
