The renovation of the existing country house, which includes the demolition of the existing buildings and the construction of a state-of-the-art building that includes a gym, class rooms, cafeteria, locker room, etc. The unique shape of the structure presents an engineering challenge in terms of the building's shell (construction and cladding). The project also includes the renovation and upgrade of the Olympic pool structure as well as the renovation of the outdoor pools, treatment of the development areas and the addition of sports and recreation facilities.
